Dreamland Catering is TexomaLand’s premier catering company that caters events and parties for groups of any size. Our menu is from simple to sublime with options that hit your taste buds without hitting your wallet all the way to a four-course, black tie dinner service. Our professional resources in culinary and service skills afford you complete assurance that all commitments will be carried out to your satisfaction.

We have access to many great event locations in the TexomaLand area that include Three Pines Event Center, The Lighthouse Lodge, and Fastrac’s fleet of charter boats. We also deliver to your dock or home. Our experienced catering team will make sure your event is perfect and customized for your event.

Some of our most popular options are our PARTY ON A PLATE for light and heavy appetizers, and our COOK YOUR CATCH where you drop off the catch from your fishing trip and have a ‘fish fry’ without all the hassle. We excel in custom and creative food options. If you don’t see your perfect meal, our chef can create and customize a menu for your specific desires and needs (including allergens or dietary requirements).

Our professional resources in culinary and service skills afford you complete assurance that all commitments will be carried out to your satisfaction. In order to ensure you and your guests have a well-organized event, we ask that we both adhere to the following catering policies:

Payments and Deposit
Billing arrangements for all events must be made in accordance with our catering policies. There is a 50% deposit that must be made via a major credit card on all events unless prior arrangements have been made with our catering coordinator. We accept cash, company check, and major credit cards as forms of final payment. Checks should be made out to Dreamland Catering. There is a $50.00 charge for all returned checks and the credit card on file will be charged for the outstanding balance plus any additional fees and charges.

The coordinator must be notified of the exact number for which you wish to guarantee services for no later than five (5) working days prior to the event. In the event a guarantee service number is not received, the original estimated attendance count will be prepared and charged. Changes made within five (5) days of the event will be charged the pre-determined per person catering charge plus 20%.

All applicable state and local taxes will be assessed and paid by the client. If the client's organization is tax exempt, we must receive a certificate reflecting the client's exemption status not later than five (5) working days before the event. If we do not receive this certificate, the client agrees to pay all taxes associated with the event.

Our cancellation policy requires fourteen (14) days advance notice to cancel an event. If the client cancels a contracted food and beverage event within the fourteen (14) days, we may retain all or a portion of the deposit as liquidated damages.

Portion Sizes
Most of our menu items are sold on a per person basis, with portion sizes having been determined by our experienced catering staff. If you would like information regarding exact quantities, please do not hesitate to ask our catering coordinator and we will find the answer for you..

Leftover Food
When we are on location to serve food, we usually carry more than we expect to serve. When offsite for a long period of time, we have extended food temperatures and holding conditions to a point that we will not release leftover food to you or your guests. This policy is required by the Grayson County Health Department. We trust you understand and will co-operate.
